I don’t really want to help you through coop campaign (too lagy) but I will give you a hint. If you do it solo you don’t have to start the mission from the beginning. If you start the mission from the last rally point and beat it, it will still count as you beating it on Legendary. It’s a cheap way to get it but it works.
For me, i just completed it today on solo. Look up speedruns on youtube. Nakedhalo or someone like tat does good episodes.
i will give you some advice… if you have a second controller just set it up as player2 and play it that way. so when you die you will spawn back next to player 2

that doesn’t sound like it will work. player 2 will be totally vulnerable to fire and will die constantly making it almost impossible to spawn on them. although, it might just work if player 2 is behind cover the whole time.

you just have to be smart with it. trust me it does work i did it with a few friends

I do not understand how I can suck so bad at multiplayer but beat the campaign on Legendary in about three days time and yet this guy is a level 64 and can’t beat campaign…it makes ZERO sense. XP
Just take it slow. Grab a plasma pistol and DMR/BR and you should be good to go. Headshot every grunt and overcharge plasma the elites. Simple, really.

I can handle grunts, jackals, and snipers pretty easily but it comes to promethean knights, hunters, and elites it’s a whole different story.
