I need help with Halo 5

Yesterday I could play normally all my games, so today I tried to play some Halo Reach but I wasn’t allowed to play it, I don’t know why, it told me that I needed to be connected to Xbox Live, I connected like it was my xbox 360 and then it told me I needed a Gold membership which I have. So, I’m trying to play Halo 5 now but I can’t, it tells me I need the gold membership and I have it, I even checked in suscriptions and it says I have gold until January 2018. I don’t know what to do, I reseted my Xbox One, I checked my internet connection, I closed my account on the xbox 360.
