Hi, I recently bought halo wars 2 on PC and upon loading it up I get the menu music at first but it then cuts in and out and when I get to the main menu it cuts out completely and there is no audio when I’m in the game or cut scenes either. I really don’t know what I can do here cos I’ve messed with the audio settings to no avail, unplugged my speakers and tried a headset also to no avail. I cant think of anything else to try. I would appreciate any assistance. I’ve also just got the latest patch (25/052017) hoping that would fix it but it hasn’t. Cheers.
It sounds to me that your sound card isn’t compatible. Have you checked your pc meets the necessary requirements.

What’s the specs of your PC?

I did check and from what I could tell it does meet the specs. I tried the demo before buying it and it ran really smooth no issues with the audio or gameplay.

HP Pavilion 500-260ea Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support these are my pc specs. The only difference is I’ve upgraded to a Asus Geforce GTX 950 and my power supply is 500w.
