hey so i was playing halo 5 on a map with quite a few edges and a kill barrier at the bottom, i fell off it, and got the ban hammer. the problem is, i get a few bans a week, because i frequently go afk to take care of my disabled mother. inevidably there are times i do get kicked from game and i recieve a 5 minute ban or a half hour. tonight however i believe i was given a permant ban, for accidental suicides in game. im not a griefing player, or game throwing. if you check my last idk 15 games im pretty much top of leaderboards. id really appreciate if this ban could be lifted. its not like i was attempting to intentionally ruin the game for other people, i kept missing ledges and falling off on a map i never really played before.
