I need help with 2 achievements

I need the achievements “walk it off”, and “over shields are for -Yoink!-”. Is anybody willing to offer assistance?

My GT is “RazorRyan”. I wont be playing CEA Until tomorrow.

PS, i just got over shields are for -Yoink!-, so all i need now is walk it off.

Alright, I will be free to game around noon PST.

Some tips:

-do the 3 weapons glitch
-skip the cafeteria fight
-stick Elites
-turn on Pinata

That’s how I got the overshield achievement. I would have got the other but a blast forced me into a health pack. It’s worth noting that if you get one by accident, reloading the checkpoint does not allow you to get the achievement on the level.

Turn off boom and grenade spam and don’t step on health pack. That’s what I did.

One easy way is to plug in a second controller. That’s right, splitscreen co-operation campaign play. Who said this had to be done online? Anyway, just play through the level normally on the second controller while the account going for the achievement just stays back and away from the action and just idles.

My advise to you.

  1. Play Pillar of Autumn on Co-Op.
  2. Bandana Skull, Grunt Funeral (If you have it), and Boom Skull on.
  3. Use “ONLY” magnum and plasma grenades, Thats it.
  4. Make your way slowly through the level.
  5. Try to throw plasma grenades constantly and make sure your far away.
    Lastly, 6. Seek cover all the time.

I personally did it in one go through and it was pretty easy. If you still can’t get it, i’ll join you in co-op. I’ve completed 100% achievements anyway.
