i click the button in the email to take to to waypoit and it says servers are unavailable

You need to download the Xbox Insider app and install the game from there. The email does not have a link for the download.

ok for PC/Steam first thing you wanna do is click your profile and from the drop down menu is click on Halo Insider then scroll down to My flights at the bottom of the list you will see Halo Infinite Multiplayer Technical Preview `& at the far right you will see you steam code to enter just like any external code that you would enter for a steam key.
