I had just gotten done with an heroic Warzone game and had earned enough currency to get an gold pack.10216. I went to purchase it and it said it was processing then an error occurred.I believe that it crashed/ froze. Now it’s in my inventory but when I try to open it it says Req has already been opened but I didn’t get anything from the gold req pack! It has taken the currency but now I don’t have anything except the gold pack appearing in my inventory and I feel like I’ve been cheated by the system.
Don’t worry, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory.
