I keep getting into ranked games where I spawn into the floor. Mainly on aquarius but there are times where my camera will spawn directly into the floor. Forcing me to 1. leave 2. derank 3. be banned. I have emailed support several times and even posted to twitter. I now ask if anyone else has these issues so I can figure out a way to stop losing my Diamond/Onyx ranks

Actually happened to a friend of mine a few times.
I had this issue too, the camera was under the floor but my character could move - only the once though
Nothing much you can do but just maybe record it and send it to them if possible or something or wait it out. I hope this problem sorts itself out or gets fixed though I’m not a ranked player I can see the frustration it could and can cause players.
