I need assistance with making the game work

So here is my situation;

My Halo 5 “ We were unable to get your latest saved data” , Options: “Try Again” “Use Offline” When I hit “Try Again” It goes and that just comes back unable to Sync the data. I have uninstalled the game, and reinstalled. what do I do?

Which of course when I say to hit “Use Offline” I can’t connect to lobbies.
I have the digital version of the game.

Anybody have a solution?
