according to xbox live i should recive am email to why i am banned and for how long … i got very few responces and i still need help at this moment i am still banned from earning credits but i dont see why it is my whole xbox and not just me i would like to be told why i am banned and for how long my whole console is banned when it is just one person that was the wrong do’er i know they could just have banned the person because they dont want you to sign in to another account just so you can play but the last time i my xbox was banned i wasnt sent an email either but this just is just becoming bs if you dont know what you did wrong how are you supose to know how to not do it again …
I’m pretty sure you only get emails from Xbox Live bans and not individual bans. Do you quit many games?
In my response to your PM I already explained why the whole console was banned. Judging from the posts in your original thread it looks like you got hit with a ban for “AFK’ing” or several games with 0 kills.
Please post in this thread regarding the ban however I can tell you that emails are not sent for bans. If this is your first one, it’s 24 hours.
