I Need a Recon 2 Controller Layout, 343.

Loving Halo 4, but I’m not liking having Sprint on X and AA on LB.

I sprint more than I use an AA and it’s awkward pressing X to run and stop running since it’s more fluid to just tap LB like in Reach to use the Sprint AA.

343, if y’all could make this change, I’d have the controller setup I need.

I don’t use any other controller layout at all.

If not, I guess I’ll have to adapt, but at least it ain’t Armor Lock adapt.

buying one of those custom configuration controllers is your only option(onza?)

I couldn’t agree more with Starfleet Rambo. I’m finding it incredibly frustrating trying to adapt to the changed Recon layout, and have eventually gone back to Default, which isn’t great either.

Of course, if we could just map the buttons ourselves, it would solve all the controller layout issues people are experiencing. But the chances of 343 Industries introducing custom mapping, or introducing a new controller setup, are probably 0 to none. Sigh. Halo 5 “feature”? :stuck_out_tongue:

Just use claw grip.

i dont understand what the problem with the default layout is. it feels completely natural to me and took almost no time at all to adjust.

Are you suggesting putting AA on X. If so, I don’t think that would be the ideal solution either, imagine using the Jet Pack.

I think Sprint on LB, AA on RB (or vice versa) and reload on X. No need for reload to be a bumper button.

Also, amen to no Armour Lock.
