I accidently scratched off a 25 digit code for the Fotus-Class Armor and Multiplayer Emblem for Halo 5. I know you probably get scams like this allot, but I can send any proof you want.

The best thing you can do is call the Microsoft Support team and find out what they can do to help you out. You can find their info on https://support.xbox.com
Microsoft cant do anything my 25 digit code got torn off by a sticker stuck on the code. I called Microsoft and there said they cant do anything.
Must contact the store,see what there can do or contact 343
Microsoft can’t do anything, Amazon couldn’t either. So I’m stuck with a non responsive 343 company. It’s so frustrating!!!
