Ok bottom line: I’ve done everything, everything I could to access Halo 4’s servers. I just got done with a 1:25:00 conversation with microsoft. They tried everything to help me connect to the Halo 4 servers.
I reset router twice, I redownloaded my profile, I redownloaded halo 4 multiplayer, i cleared my system cache 5 times, and I have turned xbox on and ofd numerous times, and even cleaned my hard drive (brand new hard drive).
Results: None
I have googled everything and came up with nothing.
So please, help me. I even tethered a random network to see if I could connect and that didnt work either. So I beg you, help me. If you could reply that would be great.
That’s not something that we’re able to do. I suggest you try sending bs angel or rukizzel a PM though.

@Snickerdoodle Are you an official moderator? Because xbox support said that the mods on this forum can help me with this.
Yes she is. Monitors are the Moderators. She’s telling you to contact an Administrator because Monitors only deal with the forums, not the game.

Don’t waste your time with Microsoft, they can’t do anything about it.

Head onto Twitter and send that man a tweet, he was sorting all the server connectivity issues a few days ago and likely still will be.

And yes, i can confirm Snickerdoodle is an official Moderator, But this issue is beyond our control, As already stated you could contact both bs angel and/or Rukizzel right here on Waypoint, Although i’d suggest Twitter for a quicker response.

Did you guys know, Microsoft can’t even access 343’s contact info? 343 tool it down from even Microsoft!
Of course the CEO or whatever could but employees of Microsoft that had the clearance to call 343 have had the contact info hidden. Obviously 343 has some kind of issues…
Is it this game only? If so maybe delete it again and borrow a disk from a friend and try that.
I guess you didn’t read my earlier posts, things I have done so far:
Reset my router 4 times
Tested XBL connection 7 times
Deleted multiplayer disc download and redownloaded it
Rolled back an ENTIRE xbox live update (the ones that come from microsoft that you get at xbox startup)
Spent 5 hours on the phone with Microsoft
Redownloaded my profile
Used tethering to supply xbox with new connection source
Cleaned my brand-new hardrive
Cleared system cache 13 times

Thank you 343 for your fantastic game, they released a patch to help connection problems on Friday November 30, 2012. My friends told me nothing is different, no apparent changes. So clearly this update just f*cked me seven ways from Sunday.
I know someone is going to say this, no the update doesn’t actually show up, it’s like one of those that is small enough to apply without the screen for an update or whatever show up.
