Why would it be under recruiting when I am not recruiting anyone? I am trying to inform people about the fact that there is invasion in Halo 4 and how to create it. This has nothing to do with recruiting and why I am asking for it to be moved.
you are recruiting people to get your map and gametype.

I moved it to Recruiting because when I moved it you were having people trying to join up in a lobby (which belongs in the recruiting section).

Whether it still belongs in Recruiting is debatable but, to me, it’s either going to be there or Community Creations. As it is now, I’d say it’d fit more in CC.
If you want to discuss this further, PMs would be the way to do it.
