I must say; 343 you have done a good job so far with the “transition” of Halo. You have created and regularly updated a website promoting and inspiring growth in the community. You knew that the Halo community was going to drop off a bit with said transition, but you guys are keeping it alive in a good fashion.
With the release of H4 hopefully the community will come back bigger and stronger than ever. We all know that there will be the “Haters, negative Nancys, and Debbie downers” complaining about every aspect that has been/ will be changed. But, with some faith and lot of good ol’ common sense this community can get back to its former self. If not “Bigger and better than ever.” ← (for those of you who listen to Mike and Mike in the morning you will get this.)
I am personally excited for H4. I can’t wait to see what is new, what is going to happen, and more importantly how H4 is going to end. With that being said “I need a little bit more” not more as in a Beta, playable demo, vidoc, in-game video, or a trailer… ok maybe a new trailer would help satisfy.
I mean holy freakin freakers I need something to tide me over… I am sitting here stressing for something new so bad I’m growing hair; and that’s a big deal because I flippin bald.
Just give us something 343… Anything… a picture of the Chief’s foot will do for about a week or so. ← (regrets typing foot -Yoink!- jokes incoming)
How about another 2min 30sec trailer? Man that would do for about a month or so.
Anyway my rant is over and I feel better… Looking forward to the new game guys- keep up the good work. This whole franchise depends on you. ← just kidding… or am I?

I can’t help but feel a little worried as well because this is THE make it or break it Halo game. We need a game that is an awesome start to a new trilogy that will keep fans wanting more.

It better be a good game or the the level or rage directed at a company will reach legendary levels not yet seen since Sonic the Hedgehog started talking.

Defiantly… this game needs to bring back “The Core” fan base from Halo CE. Yet, at the same time bring in new players to help the franchise stay alive.
In all honesty, if this game sucks or does not live up to my expectation… it just might be the last halo game I buy, but it also will be the last game I probably play.
If it is good I will play it every free minute that I can get and I will look forward to the new books and the rest of the franchise.
I started playing Halo when I was 20 and single. And it is kind of cool that I get to think of playing a “Halo” game with my boys down the road. As I said before “The Halo franchise has an opportunity to become the Star Wars of the gaming world and I hope they cam do it.”
Firstly, Well done on applauding 343 Industries,
So many people post in the forums complaining on the lack of info we are getting on Halo 4.
They completely bypass and ignore the fact on how much work those guys are putting into Halo 4, Aswell as this website and everything else in between.
Me personally, Have never been happier, Bungie did great with Halo, And i’m proud i was there to see each game in its glory, But since then they have handed the torch to 343i in which i believe know exactly what they are doing.
Another trailer will arrive in due time and we will all be blown away by it i’m sure.
But until then, enjoy the community, Enjoy mixing it up with like minded fans, And stay positive.

It’s easy to see just how commited 343 is to Halo 4.
Especially since this is, as another member said, the “make it or break it” game, for the rest of Halo.
From what I’ve seen so far, it look like they’re gonna do Halo better than Bungie diPLEASE DONT HIT ME!

I will be happy with a good screenshot. Hell, even more concept art. Just something to bring back that magical pre-Halo release excitement again.

I’m with you most of the way on this. The only difference I have is that I do not what to know who I’m fighting (this will keep the mystery alive in the game). Just like the mystery Halo CE had.
Considering the Multiplayer Beta announcement; I will agree, even if it is just the “Announcement” part. Having 343 say, “The MM Beta will be alive and running insert date here” would just make my day. Never mind the fact that I might take that day off of work just to play.
