I Need A +K/D +W/L Competitive Team/Clan

I am currently in the market for a new team. I am looking for a smaller group of highly competitive players like myself with positive K/D’s and a high W/L Ratio. (Please no gaming communitites). I would preferably like a group who is active online a lot and in or around my timezone. MICS ARE A MUST! I have no issue with a tryout so please message me on Xbox and we’ll do it up!
