Your definition of a “perfect” is actually incorrect.
You’re right, I thought it was by headshots but the description just says by shots that didn’t miss. Doesn’t make it any better with MnK, though.
The Perfect Kill medal is a Halo 5: Guardians and Halo Infinite medal awarded when the player kills an enemy with three shots with a Halo: Combat Evolved pistol, five shots with a magnum or Sidekick, four shots with a battle rifle, three shots with a LightRifle, seven shots with a carbine or five shots with a DMR without missing. Each precision weapon has its own variation of the perfect kill medal. When a player earns this medal, the Announcer will shout out “Perfect!”
It’s still easier to get perfects with controller. For an example, a perfect with a BR still means the 4th shot needs to land on the head. 3 body shots followed by a headshot to finish the kill and get the perfect. Which is common for controller but rare with MnK.
Why would I think I’m better than shroud? My ego would be cashing checks my thumbs can’t afford.
I mean, being good at games is his job. I play for fun.
He goes into games with a completely different mentality than I do.
Because 343i is giving you the advantage with controller to be better than someone like Shroud. You think that is enjoyable for someone like Shroud? No, it’s not but you think that’s ok because it’s a good experience for you.
Shroud plays on controller? Like what are you talking about?
Shroud is better because of his knowledge of the game. Aim doesn’t make the player. Knowledge does. You think shroud wastes time trying to get perfects? He’s thinking of ways to melt my shields and get me on the 10 count.
That’s your problem. You’re focused on perfects instead of results.
I still don’t see your point.
No, he played on MnK and of course you wouldn’t see the point. You’re blind and bias.
He plays on MnK? Or played on it?
He plays on MnK and played Halo with MnK, hence played because he doesn’t play Halo anymore. Like I said, he’s only played 8 games. and he wasn’t liking it.
If you want someone to UNDERSTAND what you’re saying, maybe provide more information instead of automatically assuming bias.
Why did he stop playing?
You can watch his videos on YouTube and see for yourself. But in short, like I said he wasn’t noticing a difference in aiming for the head vs body. You wouldn’t understand since you play on controller.
The perfect does lean towards center mass is a bigger target. Console players tend to lean towards center mass. Mnk players lend to aiming for the head.
Hence console is more likely to achieve this we aim for a bigger target.
The way each style is played. Maybe instead of aiming for the head aim for the body as stated headshots are not the way forward in infinite
See and that’s why nobody in this thread cares for you. Cause you’re a -Yoink!-.
You have problem with talking down to people. You’re arguments won’t get heard because of your nasty disposition.
You omit information, and you try and use pros as a means to futher your own agenda. You’re no different than these controller players you hate so much.
I understand his point and I somewhat agree with him. The head and body should be spaced out a bit more when aiming with a BR. I’ve been listening to Favyn a bit. Have you heard of him?
Yeah it’s actually 11 bullets to break shield and 1 bullet to the head so essentially 3 bursts to body plus 1 burst to head…or even body, body, neck, head.
For the record, I have absolutely no idea why you’re bringing pro players into this debate about crossplay again. This isn’t about whatever the best or pro players do, say or think…it’s about the average players that like to play and enjoy this online game that we love as a hobby regardless of skill level and not being forced to encounter players that are literally playing by a different set of rules. We all want to be on the same level playing field and that is not possible whether you are a console player or a PC player…a game where there isn’t balance or one side has an advantage can’t be defined as competitive, and that clearly goes for both controller and M&K inputs too.
And how did I talk down to you?
This right here. Don’t pretend you don’t get it. You have to at this point.
Wanna know why people aren’t very fond of you on the fourms? You constantly dismiss their arguments as some form of bias. You also accuse them of being catered, too.
When has someone outright said, “I want an advantage?”
Do you know how fast they would get shut down? We’d all laugh at them.
Really, you take that as talking down to you? Is it not true? Do you not play on controller or do you play on controller?
You said, “You wouldn’t understand since you play on controller.”
How are you that dense? You make somewhat cohesive arguments, but don’t notice how you come off to some people?
You’re not an idiot. Why suddenly play dumb? Just come clean. It’s not like admitting it somehow hurts your argument.
You feel that controller gets too much aim assist making it too strong. That’s a fair statement to make, but the actions you take to mitigate that, isn’t fair.
Here’s the funny part, it’s well known that controller is THE advantage. You don’t want them to change a thing with controller, right? I never seen where you agree that controller has an obvious advantage in the game, or have you? I don’t recall. I only remember you going on about an option to only play with your input. With you not wanting anything to change with controller just screams “I want an advantage”.
I have agreed about the advantage. It’s pretty clear.
MnK just barely slips through the cracks when it comes to advantage, making it not so clear cut to most.
No. It’s an advantage in YOUR opinion and possibly at the highest level of competitive pro gaming.
For the average player there is clear disparity when we come across PC players. If this wasn’t the case then I wouldn’t spot them a mile off during a game and get constantly destroyed by PC players, and in MY opinion I can easily claim that these players have an unfair advantage.
