I really do miss it I mean i can go back but it’s just not the same it’s just so lonely i wish people would go back.

But Halo 3 was the peak of custom games and it was so fun unlike reach’s.

Ever since Reach came out the connection on Halo 3 is terrible. So unfortunately going back is not really the same experience.

Blame the Reach Beta Servers being slapped onto Halo 3.

Precisely. With full-on Forge and Custom Gametype utilization, Halo 3 was the peak of Custom Games, similar to the introduction of a proper multiplayer was Halo 2’s peaking feature. My 9,653 Custom Games (79.9% of my Total Games Played) speaks for it.
