In Halo 4, I noticed that the Grunts methane tanks never come off, which is disappointing in my opinion.
Halo 3 was the first game where the methane tanks could be taken off, and it was fun. It was fun to walk over a dead body of a Grunt and melee the tank off; it was addicting like popping bubble-wrap.
In Reach, it was harder to pop their tanks off, but when you did manage to get it off, the Grunt would fly around and then explode, which was hilarious (despite the potential danger they were).
I hope that in Halo 5, the methane tanks will once again be removable.
> Yeah made a change from just headshotting all the time, normally liked doing that to one of them in a group and then taking out the rest in the chaos.
They should have brought back the talking grunts!! If I listen really hard, it almost sounds like they’re talking, kinda, but nothing like the earlier ones. “He’s everywhere!!!” “Feet don’t fail me now!” Sigh

> That was no mistake, Ghosts had a pretty big power cell on the side that took greatly increased damage.

Haha… -Yoink!- now I gotta go find some bubble wrap.
