Just a small thing i was watching some old reach videos and realized the DMR looks way cooler like a true old school BR kind of
I could take either and not care either way. Liked them the same amount.
I definitely preferred the Reach variation more but either way as long as it shoots bullets 
Meh. Their differences are negligible IMO. Of the weapon changes between Reach and 4/5, the DMR is probably one of the smallest.

Really I think it’s the biggest change of all the weapons maybe the AR a little more but the complete scope design plus the shorter barrel length and the height plus it just looks more like a true pre BR weapon wich is what it was intended to be ill still use the BR any day over the dmr it was just something I noticed

Yeah, no. Cosmetically they’re almost identical along with general design. Just some small tweaks. The BR Halo 3 vs Halo 4 is a MUCH bigger difference as the weapon went from being a 20th century-esque AR-15 pup rifle design to a post-modern Mass Effect looking rifle.
