I just wanted to blow off some steam, and rant about my feelings for halo 4. I have played halo since day one. And i am sad to see where halo has ended up. Its not a bad game, its just not halo anymore. Killcams dont work. spawn points are off. maps are boring and bland. Guns are over powered. For example, the boltshot, it is a loud out weapon and yet its more powerfull than the scatter and regular shot gun? The game is not bad…its just not the same anymore. I hope there is people who agree with me.

I’ve missed halo for 3 years now.
At its core it is. Movement and all that. Really, the only issue is all the CoD crap that 343 added. Otherwise it’s fine.

343i was know for nothing before Halo 4, 90% of gamers didn’t know 343i industries existed. Bungie sold 343i the rights to Halo.
343i HAD to make these changes, they are looking ahead into the future as well. Believe it or not, one day Halo 4 will have less than 10,000 people playing.

No one was asking for a Halo 3 remake. We’re just asking that 343 doesn’t try to fix what isn’t broken. It’s a great game, but there are a lot of issues that could have easily been avoided, and many that just make zero sense. A lot of things have been downgraded from previous versions, and it doesn’t make any sense.
I sort of get where you’re coming from. Ive been having to go into Reach to play customs. Customs were such a big part of the definition of Halo, and it hurts its image that all we have is the crapfest that is flood.

Well, actually 343 cannot ignore the numbers. The population for a less than a month old Halo game is pathetic. They have got to be absolutely embarrassed. Either way, this means that they are making less money on the next game. Meaning, Microsoft is unhappy. Microsoft doesn’t like making less money. Halo 5 will be a real Halo game.

I miss Halo as well, and have done for years. It’s sad that Bungie lost the plot and 343i didn’t even bother looking for it. They just scribbled on a piece of wood with a crayon and said “LUK ITZ HEYLU U LIEK COD CUZ WE SAE SO”, then when people complained about this crayon on wood’s quality they ignored them ALL.
