with all that except the dlc, soly cause its probably never gonna happen for a 6 yr old game
If it does get a dedicated campaign level editor like the Serious Editor for the Serious Sam games, I can guarantee people WILL be making a LOT of new levels that easily blow the base gameās campaign out of the water. On the other hand, I can also see people just making ridiculous modified versions of the base campaign that are more akin to something like BFE Premium Edition with its 10s of thousands of enemies in many of the levels and new custom enemies (some of which are simply recolored variations of existing enemies with new abilities/weapons - looking at you Ultimate Resource Pack and especially Thanaās insane Enemy Pack with its good number of enemies that can easily one hit kill you).

Itās already a bad enough game without Halo in the title, but as a Halo game, itās especially so abysmal.
Halo 5 is seriously an underrated game.

This 100%! I could even say that is an understatement!
After uninstalling infinite again, i went back to 5 and immediately just had a great time. I could use friends in it though. Anyone still playing ranked? I only tried quick play the other day.
I donāt play ranked that often, but Iām willing to play ANY mode, even co-op (I will NOT touch SWAT though).

I just played my first 2 ranked matches in a very long time, and they were INSANELY balanced in comparison to the garbage match making in halo infinite. Wow how could 343 have messed that up so bad? Idk if you can look up my match history, but i won a match where it was 3 onyx on each team and a daimond (me being daimond 2, but placing 2nd on scoreboard going 14 and 6 against mid 1500 and 1600s while my team having those similar rankings. Score was 50 to 48
Next match my team lost where it was 3 daimonds and 1 onyx on each team where the teams made sense, we lost 49 to 50.
Close fair, pretty dang balanced gamesā¦this is what a halo fan lives for man. How can a game this old with supposed low population pull in these matches back to back for me, meanwhile halo infiniteā¦a game in its first yearā¦canāt? Wow how sad is that man? Fun factor was an all time high win or lose in 5. Its just pure dopamine and fun.
Iām playing through the again campaign right now, and Iāll say with my control alterations the gameplay does feel great.
Thereās plenty of us die-hard h5 fans still playing the game!

Is Halo 5s ranking system currently broken as of late August 2022. It seems like all players currently in free fall
I am woundering if anyone else is experiencing this? And will 343 spend the time to fix it or reset the season.
Match making and rankings are busted cause thereās not enough players. Its still a fun game, but super inaccurate rankings and unbalanced matches. I gave it a last hoorah the other day. Maybe if it ever gets ported over to mcc things can change for it.
I donāt think itās because there arenāt enough players. I think the ranking system is more likely to break down.
I tried to matching with several other friends with equal strength at the same time, but we couldnāt meet each other in more than ten consecutive games.
On the contrary, many Bronze and Silver players are constantly encountered.
No, itās actually been broken for a week or so. no csr able to be gained when you win, substantial csr loss with any loss.
Idk. I started at D4 and someone invited me to a team. Won like 6 games in a row and gained 0 csr. Played mostly teams weaker tho.
Played aloneā¦deranked all the way down to p6. I matched champs and actually played fine most games, but my team had plat players in it. When Iād win it seemed like Iād never get any csr though even against teams ranked above me. The match making was terrible though. Playing alone, I always had the weaker team by a significant margine, and Iād derank a substantial amount.
Yea i felt that. I felt no incentive to keep playing due to that so removed it from my console so i can another game. It was fun while it lasted I suppose.
Something is definitely off with the ranking system; Ive dropped drastically in ranked slayer and cant move up for the life of me no matter how many wins I get. But if I lose one game, I drop a full rank. Itās so frustrating. Letās hope we can get a rank fix and reset.
