Does anyone else miss the original breakout? No shields, smg starts. It was the most competitive fun I’ve had in a halo gametype in a long time. This shotgun start full shield nonsense doesnt do it for me.
I miss it as well. I think we should have the original breakout return for ranked play, and the new one to be moved to social. That way you can still play the new version if you enjoy it, and everyone who likes the older more competitive version can play again too.

That sounds like a perfect idea. That way we get both without losing the other. It shouldn’t be too hard to just add the old playlist back. I wonder what prompted them to change it.
Check out the breakout refresh thread. There’s alot of people that agree with you. The majority as far as I can tell. Other breakout threads like this tend to get locked pretty quickly.

The problem is we need to get 343 to listen. I see four threads now and still no response.

Didn’t see them. But that’s my forum negligence I guess. Still. At least each forum post might get 343s attention.

I agree. We need to hear something. I really want to play breakout, original breakout. Not this shotgunfest crap.
I wake up every day hoping they bring it back. It makes me sad
