It’s fairly new and thus very low populated at the moment; it could use some passionate classic Halo fans to give it some momentum. I tried promoting it on /r/halo, but the reception it’s received has been mixed so far (you can probably guess why), but I was told that you guys on Halo Waypoint would be interested, and I found this forum. Voila!
