Hello. I am a veteran halo player and am looking to start a BTB team.
It will be a highly organized team, with each of the 12 members knowing and executing our game plan right from the start of the match.
For example, player X knows to go for the banshee while player Y knows to grab the shock rifle and player Z knows to drive the warthog, that sort of thing.
I will organize our game plans by level and further by game types on said level, and have excel files with tabs detailing the jobs of each team member and post those on a google drive.
For instance, if you are assigned as player 9 for game night you can check player 9’s tab for the level and game type we match on and see: ok, so I’m working the stalker rifle, here is where it spawns (pic) here is the spawn timer, here are a few tips on shooting it well, here is a general description of what areas I should be covering, here is where I should try to push, here is where to fall back if we are getting pushed, etc etc.
So yea that’s the jist of it. A few requirements: so, I don’t care if you are a good player or not (obviously if you are good that’s great) more importantly though I want you to get with the program I outlined and strive to execute as well as possible, and study the roles. Also, must be willing and able to communicate in English during games and in general. Finally, be able to commit to game nights with the team. I’m thinking once a week for several hours.
