So can someone tell me what weapons count to that? Because I have used like a delta beam rifle delta…aka black hole gun…and that should be a Precision weapon but it doesn’t seem to count?
BR/DMR/Pistol would be it. The beam rifle (and all it’s variants) are power weapons.
All varients of the magnum (including the tactical, H1 magnum and Whispered Truth), dmr, and br (including H2 br).
Also all varients of the carbine and light rifle.
The odd thing about the tactical magnum while playing odst Slayer is that three shots to the head for a kill is not a perfect. You need four shots, the last one must be to the head and one of the first three shots must be on the body.

I would try Swat, the game mode is like it was made for getting I’m just perfect done.

You cannot get Perfects in swat, where’d you hear that from?
It only says “get Presicion kills without missing”
That’s an incorrect interpretation. For unsc weapons it takes five shots (with the last one to the head) without missing any of the five shots. The br is four shots with the last to the head without missing any of the four shots.
The carbine is six shots (last one to the head) without missing any of the six shots. For the light rifle it’s four shots with the last to the head without missing any of the four shots. If you’re scoped-in with the light rifle it is three shots with the last to the head without missing any of the three shots.
In swat it is only one shot to the head to kill so you can not get perfect kills.

In order to contribute to this commendation, you need to earn any of the 6 perfect kill medals. This is done by killing a full health target with a certain number of shots without missing any shots. This can be done with the Halo CE Pistol, Magnum (incl. Whispered Truth), Battle Rifle, DMR, Carbine and LightRifle.
