That’s what I don’t like about gaming these days. Yes, everyone has the right to spend their money how they want, but just throwing money at a company does absolutely nothing at all to improve a game. Especially how 343 has vary poorly handled infinite and the player base .

I’m somewhat surprised I’m still having fun despite this game being an absolute disaster and a half. Like I’m doubly impressed at how good and bad this game is help me to understand

I don’t want anything new in this game… fix ping issue it’s not fair that someone on fiber is getting 10ms but regular average joe is getting 60-70 on cable internet even with a 1000 down… that’s why I can’t watch pro players they are playing on the best connection possible…

What exactly do you consider a major bug? Are you one of those people who are content with half baked buggy games as long as it’s not gamebreakingly broken?
I mean, the actual game itself is riddled with server issues and gun stutters. The main game itself is in a gamebreaking state. It’s even worse that the UI in the menus is horrendously slow, ugly, full of visual glitches, and can’t be used to it’s full extent during matchmaking. It’s a mess.

How about instead of perpetuating your ignorance of a major issue that effects everyone, you either play the game or look into the issue. Either way, you’ll be exposed to the bug.

There is some weird things in there. Desync and it sometimes does this weird thing where my visors activation when you spawn repeats four or five times. Once it just kept going and I had to back out of a game.
It would be easier to understand if the game hadn’t been in the oven for so long and we are mostly talking small 4v4 arena games on a fairly middling graphics game. It’s not like it’s a 150 player Warzone game or something like that. The expectation was that you would get that quality experience at the lower scales being offered.

They don’t even listen to the people with “Forerunner” status (I’m assuming it’s some kind of elite status of fandom). If they did, they wouldn’t have patched out so many speed running strategies, like the tank cannon, fusion coil launches, the laser beam invincibility glitch, etc. If people didn’t like them, they could just choose to not play them. And Halo Runs has categories for glitchless runs of all kinds, so there’s literally no point in those patches.

Serious question 343, what the actual f is wrong with you? Is your game so broken that trying to fix other parts of the game is messed with by these glitches? If not, then these are just some stupidly asinine decision (on the part of both managers and developers). People did not want these glitches removed.
So, this means less player engagement, less attention, less money, etc. I guess you want to go bankrupt.

Is this BR jamming a thing? Cause I had a few games last night and a few times my Third burst of shot just never happened. I thought my controller was bust at first or I was just not hitting the trigger… but reading this today I’m like oh okay!!!

I play on am OG Xbox one and I played well over 12 hours on and off yesterday. I finished all the event and weekly challenges. The only issues I had yesterday was twice in team slayer the game didn’t want to load and had to dashboard quit and relaunch the game. Then the tenth event challenge didn’t unlock after I finished the challenge. I think it didn’t unlock because I was in another game. But it did unlock after relaunching the game later that night. So yeah bugs are there but not like the game is unplayable. But I am used to the bugs especially after playing MCC for as long as I have been playing. But the new game mode grew on me, not nearly as bad as most try and make it, but of course I love FFA but regular FFA is better than this mode.

The bug where you finish a last spartan standing it says you can quit out, and doesn’t give you the xp or challenge completion progression, finished 1 of the event challenges and I’m still at 0, counted and i only have 9 event challenges left which means it’s impossible to finish the event

There was a delay in the progress for me, like one game. It won’t give you the progress until that game ended. Try relaunching the game like I did for that last cosmetic to unlock for me.

Just did that and it worked, still shouldn’t have to manually quit the game to get the progress

I agree! IMHO 343i seems to have a credibility issue reguarding Halo Infinite! Sorry I can only go by what I have read, seen here , Reddit and what is being said on You Tube.

Yeah but it’s 343. Luckily I only had to do it once while gaming yesterday. I am tired of blaming 343. It’s been long enough now I have accepted bugs are a part of Halo… Perhaps we should coin the bugs… Flood? We can say so how much Flood with this update? Hahaha
