Anyone else miss playing those? It was so exciting to see maps that players made, and try out new maps in matchmaking on a frequent basis. It was the first time we got to use a spiker in matchmaking, and little do people know, there was actually a map that had a shade turret (but it was in a soft kill boundary so not a lot of people had kills with it)
It was nice for the novelty, I must admit, but some of the maps were seriously lacking in the quality.
Regardless, I would still like to see it make the rounds again. It was fun to see new maps, and there are still some maps that I think deserve a real shot at a real Matchmaking inclusion that were in Community MM (like Crown of Flies.)
I would love to see this.
I miss variety, and I love playing good user maps.
Playlist number could be a problem, though.
Perhaps giving community slayer instead of squad slayer?
I would love to see some of those maps included in the default BTB hopper! It could definitely use a refresh with new maps!

Yeah there really is no need for both Team Slayer and Squad to coexist other than for the slightly different settings and the player numbers (5 per team vs 4). It would be one of the perfect lists to sack for a community playlist.
Here is one issue: Should split screen players be allowed in? Split screeners are just one of reasons why a good amount of community maps are not used within matchmaking, which is due to the fact that some maps have frame rate issues while playing split screen, whereas those who are playing just on their own screen would not have the issue, though this does not count for every map (some are just plain not frame-friendly).
But here is the other issue: Would the playlist be used to test out new maps for other lists, or just as a way to allow new community maps be played? If we are using the list as a testing ground for potential matchmaking content, then we may have to include split-screeners to see if the maps play smoothly or not. If the list is just being used to play custom maps for the fun of it, then split screen players may want to be left out so that more content can be included.
