everyone in light of the recent discussions about improvements to halo infinite let’s all tell why halo infinite started as a small franchise pulling in 250k players a day and then lost almost all including “that guy” and then brought billions a day with a world playing only 343s masterpiece… someone light a candle
Did you run this through Google Translate? Billions of what? Not players. Yeah, they made a lot of money selling FOMO overpriced bundles, at the cost of losing 90% of the players in the long run. Cat Ears was the big money maker. Not sure what there is to celebrate or love Infinite for.
Also what do you mean small franchise? 750 employees and a half billion dollar budget is more than Bungie had for their whole series.
It ‘started’ as a small franchise, but it was backed by Microsoft, and that is why bungie had to give up the intellectual properties when they went to Destiny, and pay microsoft back. They were not very ‘small’. It was because they actually listened to and knew their community, and allowed for OPEN COMMUNICATION BETWEEN PEOPLE, AND THE DEVS. It was a COMMUNITY BECAUSE OF THE OPEN COMMUNICATION, AND ABILITY TO BE YOURSELF. I truly love the franchise, but they are making it worse for the means of profit.
Hey Com~, I know you’re cyber stalking me. <3
