Im Pro 2005. My brother and I gain an average of 3 points per win. So it took us more than a couple of wins getting this far. A game loads. Several golds and onyxs on both teams. And 1 who hasnt even got a service record. Oops, we got him in our team. He pulls 0 kills 2 assists and 20 deaths. We lost 25 points. He admitted to never having played a single halo game. What the hell is so hard for 343 to put together some if-statements to exclude an unranked player to be paired up with pros? Why is it so hard to exclude level 1s pairing up with level 50s in MCC? It was done 10+ years ago, in the same video game franchise. Have humans started to de-evolve?
I agree. I often am paired with un ranked players while i am at gold rank. Then the other team will be golds, onyx and semi pros. I might be of a higher rank if my team mates were better, or, if 343 didn’t match them with higher ranked players.
The worst is when you have players that quit. So after the 10 games to get ranked I was actually surprised to have gotten silver, because it literally took me 7 of those games to get used to the controller layout, switching between different ones, and then getting accustomed to how the BR acts and how everyone just hides behind cover, peeks out, and then goes back. So I was placed into Silver 1 and I was like alright that fair enough. Week two ended and I had gotten to the beginning of Silver 3 because I only played a couple hours over two days. So now Week 3 happens, and all of a sudden I am matched with Onyx and Gold players, which is fine, because I am confident that I am underanked, but my team always ends up being terrible golds or lower. Especially on Pegasus when I start as Blue team which is already at a disadvantage from the start, the score will maybe be 10-4 only a minute in, and already my whole team has quit, because they feel it is impossible to come back (weird.). This happens on Truth as well. And do you know what happened? I went to a game away from Gold to Silver 2 again, to a game away from Gold, and again back down. Literally last night at 5am eastern me and my friend made it to gold, and only then was I satisfied. I also have been experiencing problems with how the BR is handled, because Headshots aren’t registered in this game properly. Instead shooting the upper chest gets you headshots, and I can just not naturally place my shots there.
