I Lost Specilizations

I bought the Special edition Halo 4 and had all of my specializations listed and capable to be unlocked. However as i received the “gift” message:

I put in the code and lost my specializations… Now i have only Wetwork and Operator. How can i change this back?

Same thing happened to me. I unlocked the other ones with the code they sent everyone. I was on stalker and was going to finish that one and pathfinder along with Engineer. Next thing I know is that Both Pathfinder and Engineer is gone. Anyone know what’s going on or if this happened to you?

I’ll have a chance tomorrow to redeem my the codes. I’ll post if anything happens.

I’m just re-downloading now… I’ll see if maybe that works… if not then im stuck. :frowning:

If you already had a spec code when it emailed you a spec op, and you put the spare one in, then the sepcis that you havent completed will dissappear.

It’s a server issue just keep restarting your game they will come back. I have this problem as well from time to time.

Thank you for the replies. I will try to keep restarting it but i have done already numerous times, I hope the server will fix the problem.

Marketing point: please state the purpose of the code. I initially wasn’t going to enter it but a friend told me i should (unknown to him that i have the special edition) because it contained more specializations. So i did, and this issues presented itself… i wouldn’t have entered the code if the message stated its purpose and contents.

I’ve let the support team at Xbox live know, but they said this is an in game issue (which I assumed would be addressed as such) and can only contact 343 for me with the ‘high priority’ profile from them themselves.

So really this is a gigantic F**K up on their part and im really pissed off… I’m stuck on lvl 70 and i don’t think my experience that i gain will go onward to further levels and there is little to no contact to 343 at all. I got Special Edition and ended up with less…

It’s a glitch, I’ve had it happen before. Play a game and wait for it to come back.

And it will come back, minor coding hiccup is all.

The USB trick worked! I am so happy now. haha. The trick though was to remove the usb during the main menu and not hit the start button at all. and re-select the hard drive. I have lost alot of experience during this but am too happy just to have it back. Thank you. Problem resolved. :slight_smile:
