i bought a silver req pack yesterday and then the game crashed and i lost 5000 req points and didnt get my silver pack it would help alot if you could refund my req points or give me a silver pack if possible
Hello mrfish567, when your points are subtracted, the items are added to your req pool. This was caused by a glitch, but if you check your inventory they items from the pack will be there.
It would have more than likely gone into your collection already or it would have refunded automatically.
I had this happen to me and it had simply been added to my collection, a few weapons 2 unlocks and a couple of game boosts.
i have alredy check my storage and to see if i got any thing new
there was nothing new
