When I started playing Reach on the Xbox One VIA backwards compatability I lost my preorder Recon Helmet and Armor. I have the armor contents downloaded on my Xbox one but they do not appear ingame for me to select. Can someone help me? I loved my preorder chestplate and my brother loved the preorder Recon helmet.

that sucks man :C I have 2 game boxes and both came with the download codes and i used them but i don’t have them anymore and it says i don’t

they are there but they refuse to show up in the game for me to use. they aren’t even on my xbox 360 anymore because I lost alot of my xbox files.
