i had this problem. this is what i did to fix it.

re-download the infinity package that you got when you bought the limited edition.
it fixed the problem for me

Infinity package? I got LE and what are you talking about?

go to account management in the xbox dashboard and re-download the infinity package (you will see it in your download history)

Are you talking about that dlc package that gave you the Prime skin?
