I lost my CSR because of the Profile Sync Error

HELP! I GRINDED TO ONYX 1734 IN FREE FOR ALL IN HALO 5 AND THE PROFILE SYNC ERROR BROUGHT ME DOWN TO DIAMOND 2. Does anyone have any solutions???

It happened to me too. but it brought me down from onyx to diamond 3, my solution was too just grind back to onyx.
