I had just leveled up to tier 26 then my net cut out for a couple seconds as I was buying the tier 26 reward. Then I reset halo and the season point was gone and now I can’t buy armour until I level up again to get another season point. Hopefully this can be fixed I’m also hoping I will be able to get the tier 100 reward even tho I’m a point down.
I have the same problem. After a match I was supposed to level up and it didn’t give me the xp, now I have unlocked tier 30 but I’m tier 10 rookie
