I was in a fireteam with my friend and we finished the game and I brought a req pack instantly. Whilst it was loading my friend had exited the game session. I checked the ‘Unopened packs’ section and my Gold req pack wasn’t there. I checked all my unlocks and it was the same as before (I know because I sell all my single use reqs except Mythics and ONI, Hannibal and Ultra Vehicles) and I didn’t get any new customisation variants and I lost the 10,000 req points. My Halowaypoint account doesn’t have it either so I’m wondering where my Gold req pack went. Can anyone help?

This can easily happen but a good way to avoid it is tell whoever is host to wait because you are opening a pack.
