I made a challenge that was to get 1337 kills in matchmaking in 3 days. I finished it today, and made sure to “Turn-in” to get the credits. It was worth over 27,000 credits and now it has somehow disappeared from my challenge history and my current custom challenges. This happened after I turned-in and came back later to find out I wasn’t able to log onto the site. Is there any way I can restore it and get my earned 27K credits?

Are you sure that the cR wasn’t awarded? There is no in-game notification that you ave been awarded the cR. And if you were not awarded cR that the challenge was supposed to payout, then there really isn’t anything to be done about it. Sadly, the only way to get the cR would be to do it again.
usually as soon as you complete a custom challenge is goes to your history and marks it as “complete” or “1st place” or something and then gives you the credits once the timer expires (assuming you did the turn-in, which I did.) I am pretty sure I was awarded no credits since the challenge is completely gone. It’s not even in my history or current challenges or anything.
It’s not too big of a deal I just thought I might as well point out that there is a bug with the custom challenges in case they want to fix it or something.
Well, thats b/c you played offline. Whatever u get offline cRs, armor, etc. and you never been online. You hav to forfeit watevr u made. My suggestion, do it again like Ark said.
I said I was online, it just logged me out after I turned in the challenge.

I had a problem logging into Halo Waypoint and am also out around a similar amount because I couldn’t turn it in in time. This is irritating. I don’t want to have to repeat myself because the website was having problems. Can we be awarded these points anyway?
