I was directed here for support about a recent gold pack purchase I made that failed, yet kept my REQ. I had just finished a game and had 10,005 REQ points. I went to buy a gold pack and it told me I had insufficient funds. I lost all my points and got no gold pack. Afterwards, I checked my collection and had gotten nothing. I have a recording and have posted it to YouTube asking for help from anyone else who has possibly had the glitch. Not sure if I can post a link on here, so will leave it out unless a moderator says its okay and/or asks for the video.
Very frustrated, please help
