I liked the graphics for Infinite

Perhaps ot is just me, but when I saw the graphics during the demo, I really liked it.

I always did prefer brighter colours in games, especially if it is in the day like the setting for the demo, and then using darker coulours at night.

Now since I heard that the demo was made 6 months ago, I am sure that the finished product will look different and better. But for me, I thought the demo looked so much better then 4 and 5

Did you see the minute long trailer on YouTube?

This trailer actually has slightly better graphics than the stream demo. Check it out if you haven’t.

I liked it all. Super pumped :muscle:t3: and can’t wait for the release. :alien: :gorilla: :gun: :fire:

you are wrong

It’s not that big of a deal anyway and people will get over it. Gameplay is going to be what really makes or breaks this game. Is everyone going to move on after 3 months again or will we stay this time… when they show the multiplayer I guess we will get a pretty good idea.

Whoa! This video showcases a few things not found in the long version and some scenes are from a different angle.

Thanks for sharing!

It reminds me of PS2 fanboys clowning on Halo 2 for looking too colorful. Itll never end. I was going to weekly LANs of Halo back in 2002, never been this hyped for a Halo game since Halo 2. Probably woulda been more hyped for Halo 3 but I was at bootcamp when H3 came out and had other stuff to think about, and didnt play it as much as 1 and 2 until lately. Every Halo game changes the formula a lot, I was disappointed with Halo 2 at the time for a lot of reasons, but now I love the game on PC MCC. Otherwise it might as well be COD where it’s practically all the same with each release.

I don’t understand the criticism. I also thought the graphics were excellent. What it needs though is better textures at a distance. They should be able to accomplish that before release.

I dont mind the graphics. The textures are just not that great. Every fine detail is smoothed out it seems, and the soundtracks seems muffled in the game. What they should work on as well is the lighting. Its either too harsh or too little and sometimes the shot gets blown out and the AR is just black or the indicator looks like it needs more brightness.

I love the art direction. The mix of 343 era Halo with some classic stuff scratches my itch perfectly. I think the HW2 style brutes look a little iffy but I can get over that. I am excited to see a new style of Covenant (or rather, Banished) and a more rugged UNSC. Overall I think the art for Infinite looks brilliant, but the execution is less than preferred. If the game is good I’ll probably get over it, but it still urks me.

Are you sure you don’t mean the art design? Because the actual graphics are not very impressive, especially for a “next-gen” title.
