Yeah so everything i’m going to talk about next is obviously a SPOILER about the ending so be warned:
It has set itself up extremely well for Halo 6. Which I’m already pumped for even though we all probably know what’s going to happen.
I don’t mind that we only played 3 missions with Master Chief, I liked Locke and Osiris which I didn’t think I would.
I liked the fact Cortana has “turned to the darkside” as it were.
I just don’t see what people didn’t like about it? It’s not the ending to the story… it’s the middle of it.
I agree with you. The times when you play as the cheif are small yes but it feels like the classic halo. The ending was set up perfectly for the last installment. And it looks like it could end up as the chiefs final game. Where both cortana and cheif die (still a better love story than twilight).
I loved the twist with Cortana and other AI’s trying to assume the mantle! Never saw that coming really. The only 1 thing that really bothered me was when she gained physical form. That was kinda bleh…
