I know the store has improved, but why not take inspiration from LOL?

I know we have been complaining about the store forever. 343 has been listening and trying to fix it, but I don’t see why people don’t rip off the League of Legends style type store. I know everyone is trying to make money, but LOL’s store is genius and totally funds the game especially with its purchasing freedom.

Bundles are nice, but why doesn’t bungie just create different store tabs, example helmets, shoulders, shaders, emblems, weapon mods, and weapon shaders, etc. then under each tab have every item released and we can pick and choose to buy separately.

They can keep the season pass, where we can unlock items are a “cheaper” price in the long run (LOL does this all the time) with some unique rewards. They keep event locked items…so long as the reoccur each year, kind of like the Lunar New year skins for League. Also when certain events happen, put ceritan items on sale. Like when tenrai roles around the asian stuff is 25% off then it goes back to full price in the store when its over.

I know we’ve had lots of complaints but little suggestions. Although I hate League of legends, i got to say they have the best online store for cosmetics and more companies should follow their model rather than the fortnight sneaky cash grab model. Fortnight is not popular because of their store or monetary practices…its popular because of youtubers and kids that like cartoony s***. Where Halo is nostalgia and the store is killing it.

Something I’d love to see is a Halo game were we play as out own spartan during the campaign, the Academy mode was dope seeing my spartan in the “game”, so if spartan customization is going to be the sell for your free to play (we all bought the campaign), then give us a store to actually buy things. Not a seasonal farmers market food stall with what random goods the farmer brought in this week.

Anyway, that’s my suggestion. Throwing that out there. maybe it will get noticed.
