I don’t think they will sue you. If they did they would have to go after every leaker of halo games.
I don’t think anyone is going to sue you for taking a stab in the dark and getting it right. You’re free to speculate and discuss you theories here, just not post leaks or attempt to pass false information as legitimate

My idea for something in Halo Infinite is at some point we will team up with the Didact temporarily a la the Flood team up in Halo 3.
There are many parallels in Halo: CE/Halo 4 and Halo 2/Halo 5: Guardians. I think there will be elements from Halo 3 used in Halo Infinite. As we know the Didact wasn’t killed in Halo 4, and was composed in Halo: Escalation. I think this is an anticlimactic end, so I suspect he will return for a more fitting end in a game, and I can see him also wanting to stop Cortana.
