I know it's late, but can you do this for Halo 5

A simple one for now, as I despise taking so long out of combat to scroll though my loadout weapons and armor mods. Could you add a “favorite” option for every category so it places it as the first selection so I don’t have to scroll to the end twice to change to Sound Dampener DMR and Advanced Sensors?

This has been asked for many times in the past. Unfortunately I don’t see them going back and changing things. Hopefully it will be different in Infinite!

It has? oh my bad .-. Hopefully so, and I hope the entire game doesn’t overhaul again, because I love most of the elements of Halo 5

Same here, loving it since the start!

Probably not gonna happen given that the game is over 3 years old at this point, and to my knowledge doesn’t get updated much anymore. (Though they did just update halo wars 2 again like what… Yesterday or the day before? So what do I know?). At this moment I imagine 343 is focussing more on infinite and making the game work, rather than adding one tiny feature to halo 5.

Brilliant idea i hope for this

I think another viable solution would be implementing the right and left triggers to skip forward and backward like they do in the armor customization menu. This would be really helpful to quickly select bayonet weapons in the late game.

Probably a zero percent chance of this happening, but it’s much more likely to get implemented in Infinite.

Would love for this to be an option.
Don’t count it out - but it might not happen until after Infinite.

The team put a lot into MCC to keep it alive/fix it. They might try to sustain H5 somewhat into the future as well.
One way to do that would be some QOL improvements like this.
