I started playing Halo at Halo 3, but I have made sure to make my pilgrimage to the rest. I have never played a Halo game that (overall) I didn’t like, so I guess my opinion is a no brainer.
From what we definitively know so far, do you like Halo 4?
I know it really isn’t much to go by, but some key info has been put out.
I’m neutral. I do like the fact their prolonging this series lol. I have yet to have a halo game to dislike as well. I need more info, but I’m pretty sure I’ll be enjoying this to the fullest as well.

I don’t despise it per say, but I don’t like the direction it seems to be going.
Yeah, I hope they release info on these abilities and “perks” soon.
The way I like to think about it,
Microsoft and 343i were there for Halo 1,2 &3.
Microsoft was not there for Halo ODST and Reach.
I actually liked Reach, but I certainly don’t mind switching back to the old style. I kinda like them both for different reasons.

Halo was always planned on being prolonged or we would have never had a Halo 3 legendary ending .

Not true…
COD doesn’t even have armor so how does that make any sense?
