I keep getting a message if you leave game one more time, you wont be able to play matchmaking or firefight for awhile. I havent left that many games, so why am i getting this message?
Next, like in some games that in co-op some players leave me all alone on legendary, and i cant finish the game, die and die and die, what about that then?
Next like a few days ago, some players drove the warthog into the building, the warthog blew up on sword base and the door locked. There were 3 of us left, we looked all around, there was a barrier like you couldnt go back so far, nor get into the locked door. Eventually, the other 2 people left and I stayed for another 15 minutes or so, still couldnt get out or open the door. Does things like that when you leave count against you for leaving a game?
Next, where are the rules for banning on leaving games etc so i can read up on them.
I called xbox live support and 1 agent xbox live suppport told me that is someone not liking me leaving a game, and will prevent me from coming back to that game.
When you finish a game, and it goes to postgame, can you still back out and leave, or do you have to play the postgame?
If anyone can help me on this would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the reason you quit is irrelevant to the system. Quitting for legitimate reasons does not exempt you from the quit ban system.
The rules for the quit ban are not officially published, but they seem to be as follows:
Quitting three games within an hour puts you on “probation.”
Quitting while on probation bans you from playing matchmaking for 10 minutes.
Quitting immediately after a ban has expired will add a 5 minute penalty, for a maximum of a 20 minute ban (know this from experience).
Quitting is defined as any of the following: quitting through the pause menu, exiting to the Xbox dashboard (during the game), turning off your console, being booted for a betrayal, and a dropped or spliced internet connection.

Indeed, the system sees quitting as quitting, even if your teammates have abandoned you, you get stuck, or you get put in an unfair match. Legitimate or not, the system doesn’t care.
But once the game is over and proceeds to post-game, you can back out and that does not penalize you.
The best you can do is take preventative measures. Search with a party of friends, dashboard when you need to, and ensure a stable internet connection.
And adding to the above if you play campaign or firefight online and the host quits because of the networking system they use it goes down as a quit against all the other players in that match. Kind of sucks but that is why i exclusively play only Score Attack nowadays when i do Firefight.

Dude, sometimes you have to leave games where it is 4 against 1 person. I don’t think you should be penalized in these instances.
