OK, I understand that there’s probably a lot of beginners in this game. It is a free to play game that anyone can just pick up and play and chances are, a lot of these people are experiencing halo for the first time. But seriously, 50% of my matches I swear I have 3 teammates in 4v4 that have K/D ratio of -5 or less. Meanwhile, the other team is working together and they all get a positive ratio of K/D. I’m not the best halo player by any means, but it just feels very humiliating when I have to try and carry my team to victory, only to be steaked by the other team.

Not the only one, id be going 24-4 and ill have a teammate going 1-20 odd in slayer, im kinda use to having the worst luck though and thats for any game lol.
Maybe the game thinks were so good it feels we need them to make it balanced haha

This happens to me frequently in solo/duo ranked. Its probably due to a few issues: the social MMR that plays into your ranked MMR and the players that have been dropping the game making the matches not nearly as balanced as when the game launched. Its not just you though, every time i play it always puts a plat on my team (I’m anywhere from D3-D5) vs high diamonds/Onyx.
I can only say, welcome to halo. Especially now that the game is free to play, the majority of players are less than stellar. I don’t mind them dying a lot, I just wish they’d shoot the enemy. I can’t tell you how often I’m literally soloing the entire enemy team while my teammates watch or run up trying to melee instead of just shooting them. It encourages terrible campy gameplay to compensate.

Yeah it’s when they just stare at enemies and don’t even fire a shot, like please any damage helps hahaha

I had teammates that would deny me power vehicles to spite me like running them off cliffs or ramming them into oblivion.
Had ones the other day constantly trying to run over other players, constant ramming other vehicles & even taking flags back to enemy or throwing flag of map, gah!

I am being put with players where 1 or 2 are just standing doing nothing and if the other team is working together I’m getting slaughtered. Is it because there is no point difference between winning and losing except for a few challenges? Are people just loading into games, going to get something to eat, rinse and repeat, and collecting the daily points?
There are some new players though, if the other team has decent players, I am not good enough to pick up the slack. I would like to say, the lag in this game is worse after the last update, is this update brought by Apple? I can shoot and melee someone several times and I still die.
One more thing, there are too many Frakin grenades in this game, throw a grenade, remove the shields with the grenade plash, and finish the kill, that’s all this game is now, grenade spamming. The grenade radius is insane and I am never without grenades.
