Hello i would really appreciate some help with this matter. I keep getting banned temporarily( about two weeks) from earning credits. This is the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. I have no idea why and i don’t want it to turn permanent. I have not lagged out or left games and i don’t use a mic to talk so i’m very confused. My bf thinks that maybe its because the game thinks i’m using a lag switch whatever that is because my internet is so bad. i have called customer service twice and they had no idea how to help i am desperate and frustrated. I would really appreciate some clarity on this thank you!

Didn’t even have to go past ten games to find three games showing that you are abusing the system. It appears you’re AFKing most of your games. Yes, 343 can tell the difference when you AFK for 90% of the game after earning only 1 kill. We don’t know how many it takes to get credit reset, but you are on your way there.

if your interwebs connection was the problem, you’d be faced with a quit ban, not an AFK credit ban, as your connection will have you drop the game (AKA quit) so you don’t have a router crash or something
