I keep getting banned

Idk what to do about this but lately everytime I load into a game, it DC’s and I get a ban. I want to play but I’m m worried itll ban for longer than 15 minutes. I’ve checked my internet it’s all fine, I cant remember exactly the messages the games gives me it DC’s but it implys the problems on their side, yet I still get banned. My gamertag is Doktor Ricko, does anyone else have this problem?

Dude, I got 15 minutes for quitting a match in which my teammates did nothing to help win it. It’s always 15 now, not 5 anymore. 343 scum.
