As the people making all of the decisions for Infinite, I know it can be hard to sift through all of these posts and the comments and make the choices and deliver the implementations to make the best game possible. There’s a lot of criticism in the forums both constructive and not. While I agree with some of it, I just wanted to stop for a minute and say thank you to the entire 343 team for working so hard to make a great game. With all of the things that need tweaking and the growing pains and the community squabbling and the criticism, you have collectively put together, in my opinion, the best Halo MP experience to come from your studio yet. You have utterly blindsided me with your nuanced implementation of systems I didn’t think I was going to like but now love and your focused and rock-solid core gameplay and sandbox. You’ve crafted an excellent foundation on which to build the future, and I’m actually excited for what is in store for my favorite franchise again.
